Welcome to the Joint Website of the LV Manufactured Homeowners Association, Inc. (LV 1) and Lamplighter Village Homeowner Association, Inc.(LV 2) located in Melbourne, Florida at Lamplighter Village manufactured home park.

The Homeowner Associations are made up of your friends and neighbors. We represent all the members and residents of Lamplighter Village.  L.V. Manufactured Homeowner Association represents Phases I, II, III (Lots 1- 442) while Lamplighter Village Homeowners Association represents Phases IV and V (Lots 450 - 646).
Our objective is to maintain and improve the quality of living in our Village.
We do this through the interaction with Management and the negotiations of rents and services that are available to us.   

LV  Homeowners Association Inc. filed as a For Profit Corporation in Florida on March 21, 1984. On June 2nd, 2003 it became a Not For Profit Corporation. The new name is LV Manufactured Homeowners  Association, Inc. commonly referred to as LV1 (Lots 1-442).

Lamplighter Village Homeowners Association, Inc. filed as a Not for Profit  Corporation on February 3, 2011 and is commonly referred to as LV 2 (Lots 450-646).
