Welcome to the Joint Website of the LV Manufactured Homeowners Association, Inc. (LV 1) and Lamplighter Village Homeowner Association, Inc. (LV 2) located in Melbourne, Florida at Lamplighter Village manufactured home park.

The Homeowner Associations are made up of your friends and neighbors. We represent all the members and residents of Lamplighter Village.  L.V. Manufactured Homeowner Association represents Phases I, II, III (Lots 1- 442) while Lamplighter Village Homeowners Association represents Phases IV and V (Lots 450 - 646).
Our objective is to maintain and improve the quality of living in our Village.
We do this through the interaction with Management and the negotiations of rents and services that are available to us.   

LV Homeowners Association Inc. filed as a For Profit Corporation in Florida on March 21, 1984. On June 2nd, 2003, it became a Not-for-Profit Corporation. The new name is LV Manufactured Homeowners Association, Inc. commonly referred to as LV1 (Lots 1-442).

Lamplighter Village Homeowners Association, Inc. filed as a Not-for-Profit Corporation on February 3, 2011, and is commonly referred to as LV 2 (Lots 450-646).


 Our Mission Statement:
To serve the best interests of the residents of Lamplighter Village.


LV1 Membership is open to anyone who owns a manufactured home in Lamplighter Village, Lots 1- 442.

LV 2 Membership is open to anyone who owns a manufactured home in Lamplighter Village Lots 450-646.


We act as representatives and negotiators with Cal Am Management in matters of common concern to members/residents.
We work with management and our members/residents to maintain standards of safety, security, functionality and attractiveness of both common areas and private residences in order to maintain and enhance the values of the member's investment. 
We represent members/residents in matters of their concern and well-being with all governmental agencies.
We perform any other functions, which may be required to preserve or improve the quality of life for you, the residents and members of LV1 and LV 2 Homeowners Associations.


Our residents come from all over the U.S. and several countries. We are a very diverse and active over 55 community. We are situated right off I-95 in Melbourne, FL, only 45 minutes from Orlando and 15 minutes to the beach.
